Backed by 15 years in the commercial dance industry, her curriculum delivers the essential training, mindset, and insider knowledge dancers need to thrive in a constantly evolving market. Designed to move artists from overlooked to in-demand, the program equips dancers with proven strategies, career-building tools, and real-world guidance that extends far beyond the studio.

Throughout the year, Breakthrough offers exclusive intensives, high-impact workshops, and a signature 4-week bootcamp personally led by Tia. Meet your Mentor

Tia Rivera is an award-winning choreographer, speaker & coach from Brooklyn, NY. She’s well-known for building environments where artists ARE empowered, seen, and challenged to give it their all. Her ability to fuse vision with movement has not only earned her accolades but also a reputation as a leader who cultivates spaces where both dancers and artists can thrive.

Tia's choreography credits include work with notable artists such as: Beyoncé (Renaissance World Tour), Doja Cat, Megan Thee stallion, Anitta, Busta Rhymes, 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show (featuring Kendrick Lamar, Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, and 50 Cent). She also served as an associate choreographer for the musical movie The Color Purple (2023).

Alongside her entertainment career, Tia empowers aspiring entertainers and entrepreneurs through her high-level programs and speaking engagements.   • This intensive is designed for any dancer who wants to break through to their next level as a professional dancer. Turning your passion into a profitable career. Must be 16+ to participate. 

 How much will this intensive cost?

  • ​Early Bird: $349 / £262 available through April 17th 

  • Regular Tuition:  $449  / £337

 Are payment plans available?

  • Payments plans are not available , however, we offer a pay later option via Paypal that allows you to enroll into the intensive at no upfront cost to you **Subject to Paypal terms and conditions. Option available at checkout.

 Is this intensive refundable?

  • This intensive is NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 Is this a live event?

  • Yes — this is a live experience including two in-studio training days and one virtual Zoom session in each city.

Will there be another BTB intensive in 2026?

  • Our one and only BTB intensive tour of 2026 is happening this May. Be sure to join us in LA, NYC or London!
